FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
To officially book your session, please reach out to me via email, social media, or text. A non-refundable retainer, and signed contract are required.
How do payments work?
Regular portrait sessions have a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance is due day of session.
Weddings have a 25% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is broken up into payments, with final payment due 30 days prior to wedding date.
What payment methods are available?
Apple pay, Cashapp, Venmo, Cash or Card payments accepted.
No checks will be accepted.
When will we receive our photos?
Turn around time varies depending on the season and the session type, but most portrait galleries are delivered within 2 weeks. Weddings are typically delivered within 12 weeks. Sneak peeks are sent withint 24 hours.
What happens if the weather is bad the day of our session?
If weather conditions are unsafe or would negatively affect your session, we will reschedule for a new date at no additional charge.
Can we have our raw/unedited photos?
I do not deliver raw or unedited images. Final galleries are professionally edited to reflect my style and ensure the highest quality experience for my clients.
Can we bring our kids/pets?
Of course!! I love including kids and pets in sessions. Some of the sweetest moments come from letting everyone relax and be themselves.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I am based in Elmira NY, but I'm always open to traveling for sessions and weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
